Approval before 24th ? Pulse check.

* NTL should be approved."

I'm going on record saying that I believe we will NOT have NTL approval BEFORE January 24th.

I'm curious what the board consensus is. I'll be happy to provide a running tally IF there's interest. AND I WANT to be wrong on this position. So, I'd love to see my positioned out-voted 100:1.
