If a compnay does not find money, investors and can sell private placements to investors.....they offer shars toMineral fields as MF buys big time .....and CDO will do it again. Be shure.
I leanred one thing for shure: Commodity stocks do not take care for diltution within those many years they want to exist! This is, in my opinion, the reason for this lousy shareprice. When I got in OS was 20 million shares.....no wonder the price went to .40.....without this bunch of properties!
Not shure we will see this again.
