Dec. 13th email from Mr. Fabbro

Dec. 13th email from Mr. FabbroHere's the email which I received from Al Fabbro on December 13th.  I'm posting it on this message board with Mr. Fabbro's permission.

I don’t believe I can deliver any news by the endof this calendar year that would take the stock to its highsof 2010.  However, we have been on a hunt for a strategicpartner that can provide both technical expertise and accessto significant capital.  This hunt has introduced theproject to several groups that are suitably impressed withthe Toiyabe asset and its’ potential.  I believe that a lotof the market activity is due to these groups positioningthemselves in our company.  While we did not deliver the“home run” drill hole in 2010, we did make a lot ofgeological progress on this property and the new geophysicalinterpretation indicates we are much closer to a discoverythan ever before.

Have a nice holiday and I look forward tocorresponding with you in the new year.

Peace,

Al Fabbro
