The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Acting great in ai was just reading the posts about the warrants and I thought back to this message.  Just wondering, how many warrants are there outstanding total? lets call it 100 million.  Then the math would be 90*10000*15%=49 million/ 444 million (344 plus 100 million warrants) = .11/share +/- 

This would be great, but how many of these would we really need to have a huge valuation here and how long do these wells yield big numbers?  Any insight is greatly appreciated.
