RE: RE: Norsemont takeover -& CUU valuation

RE: RE: Norsemont takeover -& CUU valuationThanks,  I'm basically assuming about $550 million in operating cost (Prefeas showed $33m fixed op cost, 148m mining opp cost, $141m processing, and $125m concentrate handling) and dividing that by 250 million pounds of copper production.

Although my numbers aren't perfect they are within range.  So, I certainly think a larger resource estimate will increase the valuation, but the buyout will be more based on the NPV and that won't change unless the throughput or grade increase significantly - and those two things are pretty much known.

So, a $1.5 - $1.75 buyout price is the most we can hope for at this point in my opinion.

Does anyone know what the largest possible throughput is on a plant.  I think CUU said 120,000 tonnes per day was a minimum.  Is it physically possible for them to go to 150,000 tonnes or higher?
