RE: RE: Life Expectancy?

RE: RE: Life Expectancy?"Can't say for sure but it looks like RS's days may be numbered."

What's the basis for this statement, KerBer?

Like I said, I can't say for sure but with Inspiration still buying in the high teens, it seems they are determined to get a new slate of directors. I don't think they would continue buying at the higher price levels if they did not feel they would be successful. And to be successful, they would need to get other Ursa shareholders on board. I am only guessing but why would they continue buying unless they had got a nod and a wink from some of the major shareholders. Could be wrong but it's just my feeling.

If there is an election held to elect a new board, then Inspiration will have to reveal what they would do to increase shareholder value. Right now, nobody knows what their plans are. Below is what Randy Millar said when Umj was trading at .22 cents. Note two things. He still feels it is undervalued at .22 cents. He mentions "synergistic opportunities". A merger perhaps.

Randy Miller, the chief executive officer of the corporation, states, "Given that the current share price of Ursa does not appropriately reflect its true value, we believe a new slate of directors would be a critical first step in exploiting Ursa's significant assets and, in addition, would better allow for the evaluation of synergistic opportunities that may be presently available."
