legal binding contract must be upheld, they have to be delt with, it is up to the new company to deal with old,
to come to terms or Hunt would have to pay back any money spend by the JV company or compensate the JV for money that could have been made, The new company would be stupid to refuse 10 million dollar bank account and the exploration and they could slide in by putting up half the money to get half of the field, I don't think!!!!!!

The sale have not gone through yet, to my understanding or it would have been on the market as a buy out, even so would any one give up as 10 million dollar loan for no interest just shares up for money as a return at current share price, I think not.

The higher the share price goes lest dilution, and I thought that the buy out company Korean, they bought Harvest
last year or the year before did they not and the refinery in Newfoundland

But I could be wrong, I did not sleep any place last night
