Certain

CertainI am certain that Vecta's management is aware of the benefits of quick announcements to short term stock price gain for in and outers that make up the bulk of the tradeable float.   I am also pretty sure that they won't paper their most important deal, the one the company depends on, it seems, to be a viable entity, in order to "get it out quick or investors will lose interest".  The officers and board of this company don't seem to be playing this for short term, judging from the holdings and sell records, so I doubt if they care that much about timing other than from an operational point of view. We are the ones privileged to day trade this, not them. They seem to make announcements when they have a material announcement to make.  Period.
