Pit and Trench testingIt looks like Hymex is investigating Milo. Milo is the site to start the alluvial diamond operation. They already have a 60 cubic meter per hour machine up there. Once they find a good concentration of diamonds they will fire this machine up. Milo has only 3 to 9 ft of overburden while the Diani site has 20 to 30 ft. Say what you want about Hymex! their infrastructure is great thats what they spent 35 mil on. Once they find a major source they will be and running within 6 weeks. Then the stock price will be flying. They will be scaling up operation now that the rainy season is almost on them. I would expect by the end of June they will be producing some diamonds to cover their current operation charges. Like I have said before, if they getting firing on all cylinders they will produce 100,000 carats a month. This is the reason Rio is getting involved
they know the potential in Guinea and a buyout of Hymex at 75C/share is a steal considering they have about 50million worth of infrastructure and equipment.
