I think it is a given that Duracell will buy the whole thing, but not for a while.

Duracell had done their deal with wildcharge before wildcharge and PEV met.

The Simmonds family was close to Duracell from way back when Dynacharge the Simmonds family battery company was bought by Duracell.

The retired president of Duracell Canada coaxed the Simmonds brothers to take over PEV.

They are not fipping it for nickels and dimes

Bruce Simmonds recruited  Phil Sustronk (CEO) and he is in  for $1million @ .50

Do some reading on Proctor and Gamble.  They have no problem paying a fair price for a compapny.

They aren't about buying new products cheap,  they want the right products that they can utiize their marketing and distribution  power at good margins for a long time.

The MyGrid is just a vehicle to open the market for the RAM batteres.

Proctor & Gamble legal department is defending PEV's patents

This is breathing new life into Duracell

A few  years ago it was well known in the industry that Duracell was for sale.

Not any more.
