My guess is that there is minimal investment which really means that this is a legal transfer of funds from EZ to Sidon. And as Abi is no longer a member of the EZ board, I would wager that a large number of the shares that are being traded at these levels have something to do with him to fund his investment in Sidon as well. I'm certainly open to other people's perspectives on this as well.
