TSX Venture Tier 2 Company

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining toa Option Buy-Out Agreement (the "Agreement") dated November 10, 2010,between Seafield Resources Ltd. (the "Company") and an arm's-lengthparty (the "Vendor"), whereby the Company will acquire the remaining70% interest certain mining claims (the "Picachos Property") located inDurango State, Mexico.  The Company currently holds a 30% in thisProperty, and thereby is increasing its interest to 100%.

As consideration for the remaining 70% interest, the Company will issue1,500,000 common shares to the Vendor.

For further details, please refer to the Company's press release datedDecember 8, 2010.

So... 1.They bought out the property # of shares = up

         2.Now they need financing for this property also... hence # of shares= up

         3.Also, Colombia... need to keep working on that... hence # of shares = up
