RE: When will this move up ????????????ATI is merely a landlord in the Utica...they have no JV's/farm ins and no resources nor intention to do any work on their own...they're merely waiting for other companies in the fairway to do the work, So any fortune ATI reaps will depend totally on what the working companies in the Utica do.
