RE: This site may help in the future. Also free

RE: This site may help in the future. Also freeKeep in  mind that insider trades that show up on this site do not always turn out to be genuine.   The info is posted based on the brokerage setting an insider trade flag on a trade, which it seems sometimes happens by mistake.   Also if a broker is placing a large combined order  say  100,000 share  and only 5000  constitute  insider activity  the entire 100k  is flagged as insider activity.  In other  listings I have seen huge "insider activity" per this TSX money  site never materialize as genuine insider trades .....the timing on this one is suspicious and might be worth keeping a print out  of the page but  of course if this  a vapor trade the brokerage will just claim it was a mistake.
They may have been hoping for a later news  announcement so they could snag some cheap ones this morning.

As per usual  a " feature" of the exchange can be used to spook the market .    Once again  the exchange is not on our side this policy  and "anonymous" trades have no reason for existence except to mislead the market and cover the tracks of greedy brokerage houses.

"Anonymous"  allows houses  to put out a stock recommendation or high target price for a stock  and then sell short into the demand they create with out transparency  "Only in Canada you say"      There is no reasonable justification for anonymous trading insiders always trad via a brokerage so what is the point?
