Thank you for posting Roc Oil update.  They hit oil in their first well in Feb 2010, now 11 months later
they still have not decided whether it is a Commercial Discovery.  Could take another 6 months.  Hopefully, if ENG hit oil, it will not take 11 - 18 months to determine if it is commercial.
