RE: RE: RE: RE: PP BreakdownI always assumed (rightly or wrongly) that what ever value was given to Aguila, the DRV share holders would be given that payout via cash and/or stock and then the "market would "revalue" DRV shares after that one it's own.
ie: Aguila is deemed a value of $400 million for the buyout, each share holder gets a little over $ 2 a share (in cash or stock), but still owns all their DRV shares (but now the shares are worth 30 cents - or what ever the market says they're worth)
I'm not too sure if that makes any sense, I've never been involved in something like this before.
