Speaking of trouble: is there any market-out clause for the Hadeni deal? Something along the lines of, "This deal can be cxld if adverse market conditions make the associated financing impossible to undertake." Some other poster said the deal was a disguised money transfer to another company. If that's the case, then a break-fee threat could make for "a basis to renegotiate."
