Doess this mean that only 68 million shares are actually up for exchange? Given the high volumes, it would seem that this is not possible, but if you look at the date and the number of shares held by CDS and Co. on this date, it would seem that this is the case. At .06 per share, those guys are on the hook for over $12 million. You think they have a vested interest in seeing this company succeed?
