please  check out garth turners  blog for a more realistic view of canadian  real estate.
as I am sure many of you realize, canadians are emulating our american cousins.
The property bubble in canada will not end well
.precious metals ,on the other hand , will help those who have not overextended themselves in real estate weather the storm.
I dont see any drop in pm's till the financial house of the western world gets its house in order. I sure dont see that happening for some time as they are still arguing about who was to blame and other fruitless endeavors.
kind of depressing really...
