RE: RE: TD Expectations

RE: RE: TD ExpectationsHi Caramel,
I haven't seen Scotia and tend to dislike most "institutions" and analysts, but I do find Penner quite balanced when it comes to SVC.  As has been discussed here a few times, Sandvine really is at that threshold where economies of scale and smaller increases in Revenue will have more impact on the bottom line now that a critical mass has been developed.  I think the analysts are a bit behind the curve simply because of the lumpy quarters in the past - but 2011 looks to be the year Sandvine turns the corner and may, perhaps, be able to provide some sort of guidance (or soften the "threat" of massive swings in Q revenue) that analysts can use for forward calculations.  If so, we'll see more and more analysts jump in and SVC will be off to, hopefully, dragonwave like gains.
IMO, this call is as important as the Q and YE results.  I'm thinking Sandvine marginally beats, with the ability to offer a bit more clarity into forward looking revenue and expectations.
Either way, SVC is a clear accumulate for me...
Cheers,
B
