Key statements...quick read

Key statements...quick read

In this last NR, China Health states:

"In 2009, Whole Vision generated $23.8 million of annual revenue and earnings of $3.9 million, with the fourth quarter accounting for approximately 45% of revenue and 56% of earnings, and the Company expects a similar pattern in 2010"

Their 9 month financials statements show the following revenue and net profit numbers:
Revenue - $18,026,000
Net Profit - $2,626,000

If Q4 is expected to produce 45% of the year's revenue, the total revenue for CHO should come in around $32.7mm. If Q4 is expected to produce 56% of the year's net profit, the total net for the year should come in around $5.9mm, or a little over 9 cents per share. That is one HECK of an upward jump!

The release did note that there would be one-time costs of going public included in the results, I would suspect these to be approximately $1mm, maybe a bit more.

They also noted that in 2010 they increased their installs from 86 to 210 rural hospitals, and they have 587 on the plate for installs for the 1st half of 2011 which will bring them to 797 hospitals...all reordering supplies from CHO on an ongoing basis.

I've got to admit, that's impressive.
