They kept the price down around 50 cents and today happened to be the day there were a million shares on the ask side within a few cents. Gobble those up and the lemmings jump on board driving the share price higher which attracts even more lemmings.

The company should issue a NR, even if it is to state that they don't know why the price is moving. I'd prefer one stating they reached TD with lots of oil shows, but Niko would have to do that first.
