Aftermath Silver Ltd. is a Canadian junior exploration company focused on silver. The Company's principal business activity is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company controls three projects in Latin America: the Berenguela silver-copper-manganese (Ag-Cu-Mn) project in southern Peru which is its primary focus, and the Challacollo and Cachinal Ag projects in northern Chile. The Company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in Berenguela through a binding agreement with SSR Mining Inc. The Berenguela Ag-Cu-Mn project has approximately 6,594 hectares. The Challacollo project (silver and gold) has approximately 19,000 hectares. The Challacollo project is located in Region I in Northern Chile, 130 km southeast of the major port city of Iquique and 50 km south of the town of Pica. The Cachinal project has around 4,867 hectares. The Cachinal project is a low-sulphidation epithermal deposit located in one of Chile's top regions for silver and gold.

This is taken from the Peru government evaluation of Invicta's EIA:

"1.21 Mediante escrito W 1847148 del 29 de diciembre de 2008, los señores Claros Flores Lucas,

Santos Flores Lucas y Apolinario Claros Tolentino, propietarios del predio de "Puñucoto" y

"Pariacoto", de la CC de Lacsanga, distrito de Paccho, provincia de Huaura, solicitan a la

DGAAM se declare Improcedente el proyecto "Invicta", por discrepancias con delimitación de

las comunidades por parte de MIMCSAC."

The company replied:

"Respecto de las áreas de influencia directa e indirecta de proyecto señala que no se ha

recortado ninguna área. Adjunta plano expedido por COFOPRI en donde se aprecian los límites

de las comunidades y la ubicación del predio Puñocoto y Pariacoto, lo que demuestra que no

existe ninguna mutilación del plano de la comunidad de Lacsanga ni falsificación del plano de la

comunidad de Paran.

La administrada señala que, actuando de acuerdo a ley y respetando los derechos ciudadanos y

de las comunidades, realizará convenios, acuerdos y otros mecanismos para el uso de terrenos 

superficiales, de acuerdo como lo dispone los dispositivos que regulan el proceso de participación

ciudadana, concordante con el D.S. W 042-2003-EM."

I think these guys just think posting here is a good way to push higher prices for their land...
