U.S. Tax consequences

I have my "dividend" PMG stock and sold off most of my PBG stock. As a U.S. resident, what are the tax implications? How do I calculate the new cost basis for the PBG stock and the PMG stock. Fidelity doesn't seem to be doing this automatically for me.
