RE: RE: RE: why moriarty sell?

RE: RE: RE: why moriarty sell?Hey guys- I won't speculate on some of those questions but I would like to address the one fear stockarch raised about the new property taking priority over the original Mkuvia DLKM JV piece. First off, I don't think Rob Slavik has a vindictive bone in his body. However he will do what makes the most business sense for Ruby and its stakeholders. So if that means proving out the value on the new property- which logistically makes all the sense in the world- oh and there's a license in place so is there even an option for first production? no. But will that slow down the progress on Mkuvia?  To the contrary, it will expedite the EISA and licensing application. Next benefit, the new ready-made mine is adjacent and can be deemed an extension of the same patch of land. The upshot- long story short- wherever they start it will serve to help the DLKM afiliates. Keeping in mind, this is a massive property and there is NO way Ruby would go it alone. The door opens up to deals much more quickly and a partner with the pockets to ramp up capacity is a win for all in my book. The only other point i'd like to address is the unfounded belief? fear? that Mengi can control Ruby. Perhaps only to the extent should Ruby be found in default- long after a litigous process, I suppose they could unwind the JV. But tell  me how that best serves either party? It makes zero sense. What's Mengi going to do with Mkuvia alone even if...? It's a symbiotic relationship- the best kind to have. All imo as always. Take care all.
