Question????Any word on the court decision yet? It seems that spec isn't going to take this to the .18 and .19 we say a year ago... why does time fly on this one... its getting more pathetically unbelievable by the year...
I am hoping that this is it... it has to be, right? They were expected to appeal on ALL of the points of law this time, put all the cards on the table... so hopefully this is it...
In my opinion, as is the opinion of the Mineral board, and the past judges, is that this is Canstars property. My only concern is the 'old boys club' in newfoundland, and the clout that Al Chislett has in newfoundland, as one of the riches guys on the island... lots of money, and lots of clout, means lots of influence.
But right is right, right?
