RE: Press Release is out - Testing to Begin

RE: Press Release is out - Testing to BeginNetwide, Why don't you call the company yourself and find out why the 200 m shares need to be authorized. It's not a big concern to me since it's only authorized and not issued. Sometimes these things are done to prevent a takeover. Steve Millan was quoted last week as saying there would not be a need to raise much more money since their cash flow should take care of any additional financing that's needed, so we shouldn't have to worry about dilution for financing. From what I hear they are not going to release any test results until the 40 day extended flow test is completed (most likely by June 1). I think they will start to trickle out before then though. I am expecting that the timing on this one may turn out to be excellent since the tech sector is probably not going to be absorbing very much of the new money coming into the markets so the resource sector will probably be looked at as being the place where the high returns that many have come to expect as the norm can be made.
