Institutions Buying QLT againI have noticed that NEsbitt has been a larger volume buyer today...purchasing 5000 blocks in the $83.50 range...as most institutions are waiting right now to get a signal that the worst is over I would expect a significant upside for QLT...I expect a strong close today as most institutions are waiting for the end of the day to purchase. n
