Just a heads uo that daylight energy divested irtself of all remaining shares of MEL last quarter. They have also recuced capital spending for 2011, which is odd considering they have alot of room in their credit facilities. If they are in takeover mode MEL is no longer a candidate in my opinion. Somebody sure knows something that we don't judging from todays action.
