Doesnt mention that by the time Bisa is ramped the old Russian mines or 140k prod will be a thing of the past.  I think Severstal will fail in this IPO. The gold crowd is not foolish, and being a minority in a Severstal company has a lot of public, nasty history. I am looking to short at above 1.40, may the chips fall where they fall.
