Where does the 605,000 number come from?

There is information, posted by others, that shows Michael Phelps sold 282k from the original 500k he was issued last year.  I think that is a fact!  But I really don't know!

There was also a share number of 700,000 being thrown about on one of these boards. 

I don't know what to believe any more. lol
