The Company is focused on the exploration and development of gold properties. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Otish Mountains property. The Company’s Lalande property is situated on the North Shore approximately 12 kilometers northwest of La Romaine. Ditem signed a letter of agreement with Golden Valley Mines granting to Ditem the option to hold over 66% interests in the Beartooth property. Ditem signed a letter of intent with an arm’s length third party to hold over 100% interests in the Bruell gold property in Vauquelin Township near Val-d’Or, Abitibi. Ditem Exporations signed an option purchase agreement for a 100% interest in three gold exploration properties (Detour Gold Trend property) in northwestern Quebec.

If Dines sneezes it could be over $1.00 is correct. I like the fact that Dines is heavy into the rare earths and now that Ditem has signed a letter of intent for a rare earth property makes we wonder if Dines is once again looking at Ditem.
Just remember folks, Dines does not list all the stocks he owns so he may be holding or buying into this again.
