Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

News Should Be About Spin-Off

News Should Be About Spin-Off

I have to agree with others regarding the possible spin-off news related to NKL and PCY.

My opinion is that PCY will spin-off some or all their non-coal properties into NKL or NewCo, and PCY shareholders will get a % of shares of NKL or NewCo.

Should work out well for PCY/NKL shareholders IMO, as the non-coal properties are not getting a proper valuation with PCY's current share price.

NKL or NewCo will be a much larger company with greater asset potential after the merger and with John Lee on board things will get done as they have with PCY in Mongolia.  JMHO
