Prospective Resource is a volumetric analysis of potential OOIP/Reserves... undiscovered.

Contingent Resource is discovered but not commercial or produceable at this time due to lack of infrastructure.

Reserves are discovered and worth something,  anything less than reserves has no value at this time but may in the future.
