RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Phelps...I was just trying to get your attention, without directly accusing anyone of posting false information.  You really should learn to take your own advice (doing DD) and quit taking other people's numbers for granted.  However, the false numbers will get you a more dramatic reaction.  lol

One problem I see on these boards is accusing an insider of selling shares on the open market, when the transaction could actually be the purchase of options.  The purchase of options is looked at in a favorable manner by some investors, and not so by other investors.  The purchase usually adds to the cash reserves of the company.  When an insider sells shares on the open market, to another investor, it does not deplete the company reserves.  It usually gives the insider added cash to purchase his available options, which could be on the verge of expiring worthless.  Worthless to the company and worthless to the insider.  Different situations will require different actions, depending on timing and other variables.  I cannot judge the recent transactions in a negative manner because I am not privy to all the relative information.  However, some people fly off the handle and make uneducated judgement calls without knowing all the variables associated with the situation.

We are also talking about a total number of shares which is much less than 30% of the insider's holdings, probably closer to 3%.  People need to access the correct information before making accusations.
