Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Doesn't anyone find it surprising though, that the volume is low, considering the news.

We have had many days of multi-million shares traded during the past 30 days, and to just go over a million on this news does seem low to me....

We may reach 1.5 million today, but that appears likely to be the upper limit.

Now that we are strictly a Coal Play, I thought that would draw in a lot of new blood into this stock, and that we would get 5 million or so one the day they announced that. Of course it will only be 3 hours of trading, so that will have quite an effect.
