Upcoming Jan.24 Shareholder Meeting

Upcoming Jan.24 Shareholder MeetingI plan to attend the upcoming Special Meeting of Shareholdersbeing held this coming Monday Jan. 24 in Toronto.
Obviously, the result of the meeting is a foregone conclusion.
However, I am hoping for a chance to ask about the items that Chris Charlwood mentioned.
1 - any results from exploration to extend the gold resource at Irokinda and Zun-Holba ?
2 - any outcome yet on the Prognoz bankruptcy process?
 3. - status on the release of third party stock investments?
and the issue that has been mentioned on a number of these posts which is:
Buyers of the NORD IPO will be minority shareholders. Based on the experience of HRG minority shareholders, potential buyers into the NORD IPO  may think twice (or more) before buying.
Should not Severstal better promote the HRG stock to show potential buyers of the NORD offering that they will promote it in the same way?
Stan.
