I think this is good as it solidifies value above $7.00 and one would think this amount combined with credit lines should take them well into the year as they bring on production and internally generated cash flow. Regarding a previous poster's question on why they didn't get to existing shareholders.. I would say they probably are since they are going through their long term bankers. These guys will issue to their strong clients and clients have who followed and participated before usually. If you have an account with anyone in the syndicate you can participate.
