Posting so soon after dental surgery and finding such confusion here elicited some anger and concern. That said I thought I'd step back and take time to look at Sedar. I must say I found nothing concerning the Pepper deal. I looked as far back as October 2010. I'm of the understanding that according to Canadian regulatory laws it is illegal not to file such a deal which was actually publicised by Pepper. As shown by some well-informed posters here, Pepper is of ill-repute and I find just the thought of CDO being involved with them is in itself suspect and does nothing to endear me to the CDO capo(s). Now I'll step back for awhile and see if any encouranging info transpires in the near term.
