I don't hear "Mr Market" saying anything.  I do see one large seller is disposing another boatload of shares.  Probably the same entity as in December as they are selling in exactly the same manner.   Right now, any bid placed at 68 cents will be instantly hit by BMO...mostly where they sold over 200K shares today.  a large cross ended the selling last time.
