Half a brain workingI remembered it was from the January 2011 corporate presentation; page 11. Instead of summarizing the slide go to the link and review page 11. It's spelled out pretty clearly.

16.2% ownership for 5% carry, not bad. The mother company to PTT (PERL) probably has an even better deal!
