There's an expression that insiders can sell for many reasons, but they only buy for one (to make money).  So a positive.

Having said this, the numbers of shares bought are modest and suspiciously similar suggesting a coordinated corporate program that may be more a reflection of implementation timing than an indication of a compelling investment thesis about to become known by the rest of the great unwashed.
