Last mining area-SBE

Last mining area-SBEMentioned that SBE has the last mining areas for the oil sands. 
Now that CIC (china investment corporation) has set up shop in Toronto this January with 300 B under management, perhaps this could be the silver lining that SBE could be looking for.
