The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Thanks for the reply and Lee's comments on drilling.

As for the time frame on Chandgana, the Bankable Feasibility Study is apt to take longer than 90 days. Many components on Chandgana with many facets to the overall operation. Hence, you are correct to point out that any estimated time frame is just that - a good guess.
