Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE: RE: RE: This is what I am talking about.......I bought a few back today after being fully out around $3 before.  I still think $2.50 is possible though and I would just increase my position as it continues to fall if it does.

In the short-term it could easily head to $2.50 or even slightly lower, but I wanted to own a bit again incase I'm off on that estimate. 

The dip to $2.65 was just too tempting.  Didn't quite get the low, but close enough.  Also, market was down around 180, wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow's a bit of an up day.

We'll see.  Still thinking Ithaca could easily head to $2.50 but my purchasing today was just a hedge if I'm wrong.

I'll be happy either way at this point.
