RE: RE: RE: insiders dumpingNeil WiIliam Douglas Milton is the insider who "dumped" 1.1 millions shares in 200.  He is an Ottawa based lawyer - he probably did some work for SET in exchange of shares.   The total value of those shares was around $50k.
