RE: RE: News!
RE: RE: News!I would have to agree with you Wayned. The Red Lake property is blue sky in my opinion. If we hit, it would have been a great bonus. If we don't (and the results seem to indicate we didn't), I don't think it really impacts the company in any meaningful way as the core asset, Sherridon, remains in play and still has plenty of blue sky attached to it.
It will be interesting to see what direction management takes with respect to Red Lake, but it won't impact my investment in Halo one way or the other.
The big game still lays ahead, which is proving up the resource even further, and then, the pre-feasibility study, which will hopefully indicate that the JV'ed area in the Sherridon property is economically feasible.
If so, one would hope that Hudbay pulls the trigger and commits to putting that area into production in short order, whether it be via shipping the feed to Flin Flon or buiding a mill on site. Time will tell.
With the company cashed up and drilling programs either under way or slated to start shortly, now is not the time to be selling in my opinion, but then again, I'm a long term investor in this company looking for the big payout and not a few cents. I believe that patience will be rewarded as this story continues to unfold.
As always, the above is my humble opinion.
