Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

Charts resistence etc.

come on guys there is no charting etc. on this kind of play, it all comes down to results. Nothing else will matter. It is looking good for next week and that is without charts. As far as the 300,000 shares @ 0.28 for sale that can be moved up or down in a heartbeat , they mean nothing.
