Some good and interesting points.  I would think however that the FN would be able to decide how they wish to exploit their land regardless of what EPO would like.  I'm not sure if the agreement with FN and EPO provides EPO with the exclusive right to ALL mineral rights on just that of mining Potash. 

Regardless, I am not clear on your point about how this is a misguided  decision by EPO management?  Can you provide some further points to express your opinion on this subject. 

Also, in terms of mining potash and oil at the same time, from what I've read, the oil and potash are far apart in terms on being on top of each other horizontally.  I doubt this would interfear with the mining of each...Than again that's beyond me...
