Thanks for the information.  I think all three companies are all part of Golconda Minerals, right?

Does anyone have information on when Baldock was in control of Golconda?  Did he leave prior to the company getting into debt problems or was he at the helm when this occurred?  It seems like the company was liquidated and deregistered because the company took on too much debt.

Even though Yukon-Nevada is currently debt free, it's definitely still something to keep in mind.  I think Yukon-Nevada is considering taking on $40 million in debt, which should be more than covered by the value of the roasting facility, but it's something to keep our eyes on nonetheless.
